We are a registered charity full daycare nursery run by trustees. It was taken over by the parents 10 years ago and the original trustees now want to step down and we want to make sure all the paperwork is up to date and fit for purpose now we have new members. They do not work with the children as part of their roles and have completed application forms and declaration.
Do we need to have references for them and if so is there a template you can share as well as a Trustee Application Form as ours is a little old so we do not overlook anything?
