Per diem rates for international travel?

Hi,
RedRUK is a small humanitarian aid charity and we are in the process of updating our per diem rates for international travel.
We are looking at the government figures but wonder if anyone would be willing to share their per diem rates with us? We want to ensure we are giving a fair subsistence rate to our travels while ensuring value for money for our donors.
