We are looking to review our HR policies and I am hoping to gain some benchmarking information in terms of what other charities pay.

I was wondering if anybody had any useful benchmarking info or would be happy to share their provisional and if they were offering an enhanced package or just the statutory in relation to Leave (maternity, paternity, sickness, annual leave, compassionate, parental, carers leave), Flexible Working (Remote, hybrid, flexi time) inclusion practises / wellbeing support implemented for recruitment processes and employment and also any employee development policies introduced such as a certain amount of funding per head for development. I am particularly interested in charities under 100 people or in the care / legal services area but happy to receive info from any.
