Recovering our data from donation manager, any advice?

Can anyone help us please?
We have used the 'Donation Manager' free charity database for some years. There must be many other charity users out there as they claim to have 14,000 charities on the platform.
Around late June, the two factor authentication (2FA) text messages stopped being generated. These are essential to achieve log-in.
We cannot obtain any response to support requests.
Anyone else in the same situation? We need to find a way to recover our data.
