I'm CEO of a small - medium youth charity in London, we're in a period organisational growth & working through the challenges that come with this. I'm the charity founder so very much learning by trial & error as I go so am looking for a mentor or coach from the sector.
Does anyone have any suggestions on n how to go about this / any organisations that have mentor matching schemes?
