Review of best email marketing tools for promotion of charity

Hi
I am in the process of reviewing the best email marketing tool to use (Mailchimp/Campaign Monitor) at our charity and was wondering if anyone has any insight they could share with me or any actual recommendation/review papers they have produced to assist inform my decision.
