How should I approach charities about F2F fundraising? (Anonymous post 🤫)

Hi all
I'm interested to know if there is a simple % that is used to calculate the total on-cost of an employee's salary ie to include NI contributions, tax, pension etc.
20% has been mentioned to me by one of our trustees - but I'm not sure if this is right???
I've looked at plenty of online calculators for various different individual scenarios - but thought a simple % would be more straightforward!
