Salesforce use for client records and reporting

We currently use Salesforce to manage our traded services such as training and qualifications. One of our charities provides therapy to clients, currently using Lamplight.

We are looking at whether we can integrate them into Salesforce as it provides better reporting and contract management functions but has anyone had experience of using Salesforce to add client records and specific outcomes from client wor, particularly in a clinical or therapy setting?
