Hello, I'm in a quandary. I'm a trustee and the charity is recruiting a new manager, and I happened to check an applicant's online presence. I was concerned that they have reposted a lot of messages that clearly indicate they have taken sides on some vary divisive issues. 

Given the seniority of the position we are recruiting for I am surprised they have not shown more restraint. On the same feed there also appear to be straightforward messages about the charity they work for. People are entitled to hold whatever views they like, but is this a good way to demonstrate leadership capability by being so publicly partisan on very divisive issues? 

My quandary is whether to bring this to the attention of my trustee peers or not and whether to challenge the candidate?Thanks for your help.
