Hey Folks,

So Feb / March 2020 seems to be an of a revelation for the NFP and Charity Sector. I made a conscious choice around 2015 to leave the Commercial sector and only work within the NFP / Charity Sector. This was driven through my values, morality and ethics. I am inspired by the aims of being approachable, non-judgmental. inspiring, empowering and passionate for the future of people on their own choices. Motivated by compassionate, courageous, and inclusive values, I try to create a working environment where equality, respect, and shared learning are integral to our overall success. I work with integrity and am driven to get the best results. I volunteer widely in my spare time too. 

So I am questioning if the sector is Toxic throughout? Maybe I should return to the Commercial sector?

It would appear the whole sector is in denial, and attempt to cover up any failures to detriment of all. 

Today, 5th March 2020, Charity Commission releases its report on the serious failings within Save the Children. 

Then in Feb, we had Alzheimer's Society,

Including the charity commission failing to investigate after being informed.

And in 2019 - Amnesty International has toxic working culture, report finds 

And we should remember It's Kids company and Oxfam.
