Can a chair be asked to step down by a member or all staff, if staff have little or no confidence in said person as chair person often lies, blames and treats staff like puppets, has little or no respect for any staff, has stopped staff members wages because disputing hours applied for.Â
Staff do not trust or believe anything the chair says anymore. And trustees are not doing a thing about chairs behaviour, this is making all staff miserable and any volunteered hours are no longer happening because the chair is expecting people to volunteer as a rule.
