Within limits, should board's aim to make their minutes as freely available as possible?
In a recent conversation with a key stakeholder and financial supporter I was told that their organisation appreciates charities that make their minutes as publicly available as possible. Now, I know this is not an obligation, but might it be considered best practice to aspire to?Â
I appreciate that anything sensitive would need to be redacted or be off record.
