Hi everyone,
This is probably a very common question! But I’m needing help on getting a CRM system for our small charity.
We have been using a CRM system for the last 9 months which isn’t unfortunately working out. We’re importing data over and over again with so many issues and it's causing so many problems with reports.
What system would people recommend for a small charity? We need a CRM that we can create online forms with including donations as well as donor, fundraiser and volunteer management. There would be 3 main users and approximately 500-1,000 records. I’ve looked into DonorPerfect, Zoho, donorfy, Whitefuse and others.
Any help you could all offer would be appreciated!
