This question is from a member of our community that wishes to remain anonymous:
I'm interested in finding out if anyone is using SMS for their legacy audience, and if so how? E.g. reminders to continue with their legacy journey/free Will, just a message to reinforce the impact of gifts in Wills to the charity, event invites/reminders, DRTV ads inbound etc.
Also how have these performed?
