We are currently using FreeAgent as it is free from our bank but it is clearly for small business who send invoices. I have set up lots of different projects which require invoices to enable me to classify different donation - the only way to do this seems to be to set up a invoice with a excessive amount because as soon as the invoice total is reached the invoice is closed! We do not know how much we are going to get in donations against a specific project so this is a very clunky way of doing it.

Does anyone have a better piece of software? We do not need wages or expenses or office costs.  It would be nice  to  have gift aid information but we can easily do this on  a spreadsheet
