We have used Birdsong for our clients a few times and they have been very good. The advtnage over doing it yourself it is truly anouymous. I think it is around £500.

Either you can spend money or you can do it free:
When it comes to employee engagement, the best place to start is by listening. You should anonymise the survey which should ask them what’s working and what needs improving. This is a purely listening exercise. The staff should be treated with courtesy and respect. You should guarantee the anonymity.
Ask the following questions in a questionnaire. They should be asked to put their replies in a box without any name on it. Better still give them an online link:
- your employees’ relationship with your organisation
- how they feel about the operational structure in your organisation
- relationships amongst colleagues & managers
- how they feel about their workload, work type and more.
- Do they want remote or hybrid working.
You should ask them to give reasons for their answer.
The responses are collated into your own private results dashboard, where you’ll be able to use the information to tackle the root issues preventing your employees from reaching their maximum potential.
However it would be better if you use our 19 HR strategies. That would ensure that your charity is well synergised
in a most powerful way and becomes one of the richest and most effective charities on the planet.
