Hi all, we are increasingly dealing with issues surrounding customer authentication - especially with our older audience (who make up most of our donor audience). People are really struggling to authenticate their payments either by phone, email or banking app.

We have started emailing people (whose payments have failed) letting them know and giving them the option to send a cheque, do a bank transfer or call us and we take the donation over the phone with them - the last still requiring authentication. 

I was hoping some other charities could 
1. let me know if they're having this problem too? 
2. How they're attempting to resolve the issue?
