Suggestions for bank accounts for community groups and small charites

Hello, we are a membership organisation of around 95 peer support groups, several of our members have reported issues whilst trying to set up community bank accounts so they can apply for funding etc. Apparently this is a COVID issue, as banks have been overwhelmed with groups setting up accounts in order to bank 'bounce back' grants etc.

Does anyone have any suggestions for banks which are open for new charity /community group accounts ?
