I am looking for support to set up a chatbot on our Wordpress website linked to our National Standards of Care Guidelines so that people can ask questions about the condition and get results summarised in lay person's terms for example. I have a paid-for ChatGPT account and an API key, and have installed Meow Apps AI Engine but need the Pro version in order to upload the Guidelines PDF document.
I am reluctant to spend $100 on the Pro version without being confident that I am going to get what I want. I am also uncertain about the issue of tokens and costs if I am giving access on our website to the general public. I am conscious I am dabbling outside my comfort zone, so need a bit of guidance as to where to go to for help!
