Templates we can use for a new trustee

Hi
New to the community so apologies if this should be elsewhere...I'm in the progress of inviting a new Trustee to the board and unfortunately unable to locate and existing paperwork/digital versions.
Would anyone have a template they could share or point me in the right direction?
