The Garden Friend is now a registered charity

I'm delighted that our wee organisation is now a registered charity in Northern Ireland No 110420. We are now at the fund raising stage and hope to soon be welcoming people to the garden. My question is in relation to an appropriate safeguarding policy. Once I have created it what do I do with it? And do I need to share it with anyone?
