CharityConnect: Thriving Communities East of England Programme
Hi, I'm working on a programme with the National Academy of Social Prescribing and would like to connect with more organisations.
Thriving Communities is a National Support Programme run by the National Academy for Social Prescribing (NASP) aimed mainly at voluntary, community, faith and social enterprise groups. We’re working alongside existing local infrastructure agencies, Social Prescribing Link Workers and others to support the growth and development of Social Prescribing work. Communities’ 1st is the organisation I work for which delivers the regional programme in the East of England.
As part of our core offer to our growing regional network we deliver “Learning Together,” a responsive programme of shared support and development which is offered freely to anyone involved in Social Prescribing activity across the Eastern region. Learning together aims to provide whatever organisations in our communities need to sustain good practise and nurtures collaborations which develop local social prescribing infrastructure.
