Hi, just a quick question... if anyone has any advice that would be great!
So, I understand that I should have an expenses policy and this can include things like reimbursing for travel, subsistence etc.
But what about lunch after the trustee meeting - should the charity pay for this?
To me that is a personal choice and not part of the trustees business and if not all trustees attend then it cannot be a working lunch surely?
