Can two trustees remove the founder and CEO from the board of a small CIO? (Anonymous post 🤫)

Everyone, I am having a problem which others have had. I am setting up a charity and my question is this, (I will be a trustee but really I want to be a a paid CEO)
As a trustee of the charity, can I apply for the role of the CEO, (I will resign from the trusteeship once the other trustees appoint me.
