I was a Trustee of an unincorporated charity operating through a Trust Deed, which made loans to individuals in need of start-up finance. I then closed that charity and started a new CIO; however, I transferred all the funds to the new CIO via a donation, before the closure.
If a few start-ups are now not able to pay back the loans given from the old unincorporated charity - does anyone know if this makes me personally liable for those loans?
