I wonder if anyone has good examples of a volunteer handbook or volunteer survey that they would be willing to share?
I'm a trustee at two heritage organisations, both of which are heavily reliant on volunteers. I'm working on strengthening our offer to volunteers and recognition of their contribution for one of these organisations and although we have various documents (code of conduct etc) we don't have anything that really acts as a welcome to new volunteers or a survey that takes the temperature of what our volunteers think of their volunteering experience.
