I'm digitising some of our forms to eliminate the timedrain that is data entry for my staff. I can't help feeling that there may be some conflict between taking emergency contact details for clients and GDPR. We do it for clients but their supporters and carers know their details get passed on. 
Volunteers are with us for a morning or afternoon per week - any suggestions? I'm assuming that if a volunteer as too incapacitated to contact their ICE then the hospital would go to next of kin?
