Hi all

We are a small charity who solely rely on grant and trust funding. All our groups and services activities are free to access. We were successful in securing our two biggest funds although one was 18k less than we asked for (both funds are multi-year until 2026).

I'm looking into wage increases for staff, to help with the on-going COL crisis, changes in responsibilities merit a higher pay grade.

Does anyone know of funders who would be willing to consider awarding core funding that would allow me to ask existing funders to make a higher contribution to salaries and a lesser contribution to core - not even sure if they would do that, but it's a conversation to have if funding can be secured elsewhere.
