Hopefully someone can answer this?
Gov.uk are emailing to say company directors and people with significant control (PSCs) to verify their identity under the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency (ECCT) Act 2023.
From a charity perspective, is this just the person that files the confirmation statement? or will it apply to trustees and other personnel? If anyone can clarify this I would be very grateful.
