Hello,

I'm trying to work out if we're paying the 'going rate' for our bookkeeper and I wondered if people would be happy to share how much they're paying for theirs? We're based in the south-east (not sure if that matters) and the bookkeeper is not staff, income is £300-350k

I've inherited a system where we:
- store all incoming invoices onto folders on our server and the bookkeeper works through them, files them and sets up payments on our bank account (for our approval),
- they do monthly payroll (26 staff) and whatever staff & volunteer expenses we have that month,
- pay invoices,
- invoice generation,
- EOY accounts to accountants (charged separately)
