Treated unfairly by the Charity Commission... Any guidance?

We have been treated harshly by the Charity Commission. We were very straight and honest from their visit, and provided all accurate and true information, but they decided to open up Statutory Enquiry. We employed good solicitors firm but this proved to be costly.
We much appreciate any advise and direction
