Your experiences with Amazon QuickSight?

Hi all,

We are currently looking into donor segmentation and for a nice way to process this.

Our CRM system is compatible with Amazon Quicksight. I have done a bit of research into it but was looking to see if anyone else uses it and what their experiences are with it?

We do have a staff member who is used to using PowerBI but that isn't compatible with our CRM. So if you have used both before, is it easy to transition to?
