Telling stories that win arguments and change minds - that's the common thread of my career so far.

I've spent the last ten years helping young people become effective leaders and campaigners, at the heart of the two strongest student democracies in the UK.

I have developed and run representation networks, election cycles, website redevelopment projects, crisis response groups, volunteer programmes, awards ceremonies, marketing strategies, advice services, lobbying efforts, operational & strategic plans, and more.

All that has given me extensive experience of leadership and responsibility at senior levels within the charity and social enterprise sector, including two years at senior management level for an organisation with 60+ full-time staff, 3000+ active volunteers and a turnover of over £8m.

Now I'm looking for a professional opportunity that focuses in on that common thread - telling the stories that help solve problems, bring about the right decisions, and will enable you and your organisation to succeed.
