For twelve years I have worked at Pilotlight, supporting small and medium sized charities in England, Scotland and Wales to be more efficient and effective. Today I am going it alone as a freelance consultant and facilitator.

I have managed a team of up to ten Project Managers based on London and Edinburgh to deliver programmes in partnership with over 150 charities and hundreds of business volunteers each year. I am passionate about the results that can be derived from positive partnerships.
