Worked with the public & charity sector -  including the RSBP, the Wildlife Trusts and Marine Conservation Society, running long term public engagement campaigns - BBC Breathing Places, and setting up large successful public events for the BBC, from Stargazing LIVE to Springwatch Festivals  in both indoor and outdoor locations, promoting these via TV, radio and social media to a diverse range of communities.

More recently have been involved with local wildlife and conservation charities, helping to build volunteer numbers, set up new community events and working on several major funded projects - including Heritage Lottery Project to bring back rare butterfly, creating a Wild Nature Area and the design and installation of unique green roofed building.

I have planned and delivered large scale charity fundraising events in Sussex, including a midnight Walk  raising over 32,000 and a Charity Ball for 220 guests, raising 15,000.   Written successful funding bids to create a Wild Play Area for local community.

I am experienced at giving TV and Radio interviews, writing press releases and utilising social media to promote campaign messages to the right audiences, as well as using software such as Mailchimp and Hootsuite.

I have a flair for creativity and motivating others, with a good links in the Community, Wildlife and Learning sector in Sussex.  I have over 10 years experience working with key stakeholders to develop long term strategies to deliver successful events and projects.
