I am a Business Intelligence and Analytics professional with a passion for helping organisations utilise their data. My main accomplishments to date, are leading a project team to win the Gartner Business Intelligence Excellence award in 2012 and being an IBM Global Business Analytics Champion in 2013 & 2014.

I have a technical uderstanding and appreciation of how data is transformed through the lifecycle of collection through to analysis.  My mission is to help organisations target their resources more effectively. I am a strategic thinker and can develop plans to help organisations make the best use of their current data and systems.

I have a real passion for helping colleagues and peers to understand the power of information and how it can transform the life chances of people and help organisations to increase opportunities and revenues.  I have recently been invited onto the panel of the "Data Skills Taskforce", which was set up in response to help shorten the skills gap in analytics, within the UK.
