There is a fantastic CIC called Re:work furniture https://www.wearerework.co.uk/ They are based in Leeds and I'm not sure whether they would cover your area, but it might be worth getting in touch and see if they can help you in any way.

There are organisations like The Future Forest Company and 'Trees not Tees' who encourage event organisers to plant trees rather than give out T-shirts at race events - they might be worth contacting to see if there are more sustainable offerings for your charity supporters.
