Before becoming a full-time mediator, my varied career included nursing, midwifery, business ownership, management, managing charities and training. I am an accredited civil & commercial mediator, specialising in early conict resolution, with additional training in mediation online, restorative conversations, special educational needs, and vulnerable adults. I am also qualied as a trainer,  business and personal coach.  I work with charities, family businesses, schools, and third sector  organizations, minimising and resolving conict through training, coaching, and mediation, in person, on the phone, and over secure Internet connections
