I am a non practising lawyer who worked at a national law firm set up in 1921 to use the law to keep people safe at work and to help them to improve their lives. This mission remains at the heart of the firm.
The founder was a visionary and involved in establishing the National Council For Civil Liberties.
Using the law and securing access to justice. I have significant experience in developing strategies and operational changes in transforming an organisation by developing and supporting talent to achieve creativity and innovation and growth.
Senior management roles in project management.Collaborating and learning and listening to all people in an organisation to to help it take ownership of strategic thinking and development and implementation.
Working with organisations seeking to transform to secure and deliver and grow their services.
To understand and provide strategic and sustainable operational solutions to secure key aims and objectives in accordance with its vision and values.
A proven track record in people management leadership and engagement for cultural change.
Strategic and operational people management planning.
Developing relevant key performance indicators.
I would like to collaborate with a diverse group to help and to learn. I want to use my experience to contribute what I have learned where I can.
For all these reasons I want to contribute as a Charity Trustee in areas of mental health homelessness and social welfare.
