I have been CEO for Home-Start Lincolnshire for over two years, working within the Home-Start network for 12 years. I am passionate about providing early interventions to beneficiaries in need of support to give them the best possible life chances.  Recent years have seen many changes for the third sector which has led to the merging of eight local Home-Starts into the single entity Home-Start Lincolnshire to ensure the survival of the support for children and their families for years to come.
