🤝 Meet the speakers:
Nikki Bell
Nikki is the co-founder of the virtual event and training platform, Fundraising Everywhere, creator of Pizza for Losers, and fundraising and marketing consultant for businesses and non-profits who want to do good with great people. She curates events for some of the best organisations around the world including SOFII & Open’s IWITOT, the Chartered Institute of Fundraising’s National Convention and Fundraising Everywhere. She builds relationships and raises money for some of the most-loved charities in Europe.
Dalton Leong
Dalton’s passion has always been in supporting communities and this led to him becoming a founding trustee of Shooting Star Children’s Hospice and, after hanging up his banking boots, becoming their CEO.
A stint as Managing Director of Charities & Communities at Global, the UK’s largest commercial media entertainment company, demonstrated the big difference grant-giving can make to smaller charities. Dalton moved back to direct children’s service provision at The Children’s Trust, where he has been CEO since 2013.
Dalton has held governance roles for 25 years and wishes for a more inclusive society. He is a Race Advisory Committee member of the Chartered Management Institute.
Dulcie Ireland
Dulcie is currently Charity Success Manager at online fundraising platform Tiltify, helping organisations in the UK and Europe develop their fundraising activity within livestreaming, gaming and digital communities. Her career highlights include building a giant white box at the Royal Festival Hall in London which Time Out described as ‘installation art meets Guitar Hero'. Dulcie was responsible for getting 25,000 people in 177 countries trained in talking about cancer by using improvised comedy and helped 35,000 people raise £3.5m by giving up drinking for the launch of the Dryathlon fundraising campaign for Cancer Research UK. She also led the charity’s multi-disciplinary health innovation team.
Dulcie runs Raise The Game, an informal meet-up for anyone working in the charity sector where they can share experiences and discuss ideas about how to develop exciting new campaigns within gaming. Get in touch with her to find out more.
