Our charity is in the process of exploring ways to implement a new pay structure across all roles. We’d love to hear any advice or insights you may have on how to best introduce new salary bandings, including the methods used to establish these bands. Additionally, how does your organisation approach progression within banding? Is it typically based on performance, tenure, experience, or a combination of factors?Â
We’re also in the process of developing a Pay Policy/Total Rewards Policy. If anyone has tips on key elements to include or best practices for structuring this policy, we’d greatly appreciate your input.Â
