E-learning platforms to make workplace training more fun?

Hi everyone,
We are looking for a new e-learning platform that might make mandatory and statutory training more fun and engaging for our staff. We are a gaming charity, so anything that has an element of competition or 'gamification' would be perfect for us.
Any suggestions would be brilliant!
