I need some advice in regards to equity diversity inclusion and belonging.
I'm thinking of working with an organisation that wants me to direct this I have all the usual skills of directorship and strategic leadership I have some theoretical input into EDI, but there's no template for me to go by other than when I've used certain recruitment practices and also looking at equality based law does anyone here have any tips and advice on how I bring EDI into it not for profit and that would be able to merge all operations together.
I'd appreciate any advice given.
