Advice on leasing our office floor in Camden

Hi there, we own the building that we operate out of and are hoping to lease it out to another charity (or a tenant in general).
It has been on the market now for a while and are looking for any advice or leads in our options either for leasing it out completely as an office space as planned or for offering it in an alternative arrangement.
