Hi All

I am the founder of my CIC, an Independent qualified social worker and work part time for the NHS.  The CIC has been running for the past 5 years with me as the founder doing everything from Administration, Finance to Casework to HR, I mean everything to get this CIC going.  Due to funding, I don't pay myself a salary or any fees for services.  Due my profession and experience I am getting contracts where I have to do the job in the name of the CIC but more about me for my lived experience, skills, knowledge and experience in the industry.  This is taking too much of my time.  How do I pay myself a salary?  And what is the reasonable amount to pay myself.  I know the CIC cannot afford me at the moment but a reasonable amount will be good.
