Working in London, I have found that finding affordable external rooms or venues can be an absolute nightmare and I'm sure this is a similar struggle for people in other areas. So, I thought this post could act as a place to gather suggestions of some fantastic venues that others may not know about.

A place we recently went to which was fab was Lumen Rooms near Kings Cross. A bright, airy room with access to an outdoor area. There was a cost attached but it didn't break the bank. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Also, the lunch was pretty good and, lets be honest, everyone always comments on the food at meetings!
Post your room and venue suggestions below and help make other peoples lives easier (hopefully saving money in the process!) :-)
