Any UK-based youth event/camp management software available?

Hello friendly people,

One of the services our organisation offers is running youth events and camps in UK. Currently, we are looking for an all-in-one online solution that can cover most aspects, such as:

UK-based system
Online group registration for parents
Parental portal to review children's profiles, medical/welfare form, event history, payments, etc.
Custom forms to capture medical/welfare at registration
Payment options such as sibling discounts, vouchers, instalments/payment plans, integration with Stripe
Incident reporting
Online registration for volunteers and leaders
In-built mass mailer for parental comms before and during event

If anybody knows of something that can do this that is UK based - please do reply! Lots of US-based systems out there but few can handle UK transactions.
