Hello, I would really appreciate some advice on IT tools.

Online storage - we are looking for a solution that enables us to lock files to prevent us duplicating our work which can result in important information not being saved correctly. There are only two members of staff who access these shared files and some solutions like Dropbox Business (which enables lock files), require us to have three users and therefore expects us to pay for three users, which is not effective use of our funds at this time.

It would be great to hear about the platforms you use/your experience with different tools.
