Hi,
Myself and two other trustees are in the processing of preparing to register for charitable status with the charity commission;

We have had some help from a local organisation in writing our charitable objectives;
One sticking point at present is drafting a template to use for board meetings; and what to include, and how to word it for deciding / agreeing on the points with registration.
Can anyone point me in the direction of an easy to use template or guide?
